Some Common Queries About Commercial Cleaning

Do your charges change for different sized properties?

There are different costs based on the size of the property and the level of cleaning required. Larger premises require more materials and more time to clean.
At our initial meeting we request you give us as much information as possible about the premises needing the cleaning as this enables us to give a fair and accurate quote.

What tasks will the cleaner do?

At the initial meeting it is decided together what tasks need to be completed; a bespoke cleaning checklist is then created for your premises.

What about After-Hours security?

Practicality generally means cleaning outside of normal hours. Hueston’s liaise with your security provider to make sure your premises are safe and secure when we’re done.

Whose equipment and products are used?

Our cleaners use industry best practice equipment and products and are fully equipped with everything to complete the task in hand.

What payment methods do you accept?

Invoices are sent monthly to your accounts department; consumables, like toilet paper and hand towels are put on a separate invoice.

How quickly can you get our premises cleaned?

We aim to start your clean as soon as possible. We do require the receipt of your completed and signed cleaning agreement however, before we can proceed.

Are your cleaner's reference checked?

Yes, references are always checked for our cleaners and unlike a lot of other companies in the market our cleaners are actually employed directly by us.

Do you have insurance cover?

Hueston’s carry both public liability and work cover to the sum of $ 20,000,000.
